These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Black Glove Concierge ("Black Glove," "BGC," "we," "us," or "our"), including blackgloveconcierge.com, theblackgloveconcierge.com, blackgloveconciergeja.com, and any associated subdomains or pages (collectively, the "Sites"), as well as the editorial platform known as Blackglove Rankings.
By accessing or using any of our Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Sites. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Sites following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Sites or submit any inquiry. By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Nature of Service. Black Glove Concierge is a private, invitation-based luxury concierge service. Submission of a contact form or inquiry does not guarantee service, availability, or acceptance as a client. Black Glove reserves the right to accept or decline any engagement at its sole discretion.
Prohibited Use. You agree not to use the Sites to: transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Sites; reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any inquiry submitted to Black Glove.
Black Glove Concierge operates with discretion as a foundational principle — not a compliance requirement. The following describes how we handle information submitted to us.
Information We Collect. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your request. We do not collect payment information through our Sites.
How We Use Your Information. Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to provide the services you have requested. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality. All client inquiries, engagements, and personal details shared with Black Glove are treated as strictly confidential. Our founder operates under the same discretion standards developed across two decades of institutional and enterprise service environments. Information about our clients and their engagements is never disclosed without explicit consent.
Cookies and Analytics. Our Sites may use standard analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use tracking technologies to build individual advertising profiles.
Data Retention. We retain inquiry information only as long as necessary to respond to and fulfill your request. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at bb@theblackgloveconcierge.com.
Third-Party Links. Our Sites contain links to third-party sites including Jamark Luxury Transportation and Blackglove Rankings. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site.

Nature of Content — Opinion Only. All rankings, ratings, scores, verdicts, "Worth It?" designations, superlatives, and all other editorial content published on Blackglove Rankings (the "Rankings Platform") represent the subjective personal opinions of Black Glove Concierge editorial staff. They do not constitute objective assessments, independent certifications, professional quality determinations, expert recommendations, or factual claims of any kind about the quality, safety, performance, reliability, legality, or value of any ranked product, service, business, venue, or individual.
No Reliance. Readers should not rely on any ranking, rating, or verdict published on the Rankings Platform as the basis for any purchasing, financial, legal, medical, travel, safety, or other decision. All decisions made in reliance on content published on the Rankings Platform are made entirely at the reader's own risk. Black Glove Concierge expressly disclaims all liability for any decision made in reliance on Rankings Platform content.
Clearly Labeled Opinion. All ratings and verdicts are clearly labeled as opinion throughout the Rankings Platform. The use of numerical scores, letter grades, or similar formats does not transform subjective editorial opinion into objective fact. These formats are editorial conventions used for organizational and readability purposes only.
No Liability for Ranked Third Parties. Black Glove Concierge assumes no liability whatsoever for the performance, safety, reliability, conduct, quality, legality, or any outcome associated with any third-party provider, product, or service featured in our rankings. A positive rating does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind regarding any ranked entity. A negative rating constitutes protected editorial opinion only.
Defamation Shield — Protected Opinion. All editorial verdicts, ratings, and opinions published on the Rankings Platform constitute protected opinion under applicable law. Statements of opinion — including assessments of quality, value, reliability, or whether an experience is "worth it" — are not statements of fact and cannot form the basis of a defamation claim. Where Black Glove publishes statements of fact about a ranked entity, those statements are based on publicly available information or first-hand experience and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication.
Right to Modify or Remove. Black Glove Concierge reserves the right to modify, update, correct, or remove any ranking, rating, or review at any time and for any reason, without notice. Rankings reflect the editorial opinion of Black Glove at the time of publication and may not reflect current conditions.
No Professional Advice. Nothing on the Rankings Platform constitutes financial, legal, medical, safety, nutritional, or any other form of professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making any decision that may affect your health, finances, legal rights, or safety.
Black Glove Concierge complies with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
Material Relationships. Where Black Glove Concierge has a material commercial relationship with a provider featured on the Rankings Platform — including but not limited to commission arrangements, referral fees, paid partnerships, or ownership interests — that relationship is disclosed on every applicable review page. Disclosure appears prominently within the review itself, not solely in a footer or separate page.
Current Disclosed Relationships. As of the effective date of these Terms, Black Glove Concierge has the following disclosed commercial relationships that may affect Rankings content:
Commercial Relationships Do Not Determine Ratings. The existence of a commercial relationship does not guarantee a positive rating, influence the editorial score, or exempt a partner from honest assessment. A partner who underperforms receives the rating their performance earns. This policy is non-negotiable.
Affiliate Links. Some links on the Rankings Platform may be affiliate links through which Black Glove Concierge may earn a commission if you make a purchase. Affiliate links are identified where applicable.
All content on the Black Glove Concierge Sites and the Blackglove Rankings Platform — including but not limited to the ranking methodology, editorial framework, rating system, written reviews, verdicts, scores, brand identity, logo, trade name "Black Glove Concierge," "BG's Closet," "Blackglove Rankings," all original text, and all design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Black Glove Concierge and is protected by applicable United States copyright, trademark, and trade dress law.
No reproduction, distribution, republication, scraping, or commercial use of any content from our Sites is permitted without prior written consent from Black Glove Concierge. Requests for permission should be directed to bb@theblackgloveconcierge.com.
The Black Glove rating methodology — including the six scoring dimensions (Quality, Value, Reliability, Experience, Accessibility, Would Rebook) — is original intellectual property developed by Black Glove Concierge and may not be replicated or adopted by any third party without written permission.
Fair use of limited quotations from our Sites for purposes of criticism, commentary, or news reporting is permitted provided that Black Glove Concierge is clearly attributed as the source and the content is not misrepresented.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Sites and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Black Glove Concierge makes no representation that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Black Glove Concierge, its founder, officers, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Sites, the Rankings Platform, or any reliance on content published thereon — including but not limited to damages arising from your use of or inability to use any ranked or reviewed service, product, or provider.
Cap on Liability. To the extent any liability is found to exist despite the limitations above, the total aggregate liability of Black Glove Concierge to any individual for any claim arising from use of the Sites shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Glove Concierge, its founder, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the Sites, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any content published on the Rankings Platform.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Sites, the Rankings Platform, or any Black Glove Concierge service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Black Glove Concierge in writing and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution of any dispute.
Class Action Waiver. Any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Black Glove Concierge.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
