The Standard

Most concierge services sell access. Black Glove sells judgment. The feeling of texting one number and having it handled. The feeling of arriving somewhere and everything already being right, before you ask. That is not a service. That is a standard we execute without exception.
— Sandy H., Founder

The Experience

A Tuesday in October.

The client sent one text. It said, "We land Tuesday."

The flight from Miami lands in Kingston at 4:10 pm. The Escalade is already at the curb, the driver tracking the flight since wheels up. At the residence, a printed menu for every day of the stay sits beside the itinerary. The fridge is stocked to the family's preferences. While the client sits down to a light meal, the luggage is unpacked and put away. By the time the plates are cleared, the trip has already been running for hours. Three words. Everything else was already handled.

Details changed to protect the client. The standard is not.

What We Provide

Six disciplines. One standard.

01

Lifestyle Management

Text one number. Consider it handled. A dinner in another country, a vendor failing mid-event, a gift that cannot be late.

02

Executive Arrival, Miami

From wheels down to your front door with nothing left to confirm. Everything is already right before you land.

03

Personal Shopping & Wardrobe

Dressed for every room without giving up a single Saturday. Sourced, fitted, and delivered.

04

Caribbean Ground Transportation

Move across the islands with the same certainty you have at home. Insured, flight-tracked, confirmed.

05

Gifting & Events

Gestures people remember and rooms people talk about. Conceived and executed without a template.

06

Brand Experiences

Gifting suites and lounge environments designed end to end, from floor plan to the last item on the shelf. Guests leave remembering the brand, not the bag.

If it needs handling, it is handled. The list above is where most clients begin, not where the service ends.

Access Structure

Three tiers. No compromises.

Onyx

Foundation

Business-hours coverage for lives that need a steady hand on the details.

Obsidian

Extended

Expanded hours and scope for calendars that do not respect the workweek.

Noir

Flagship

Unlimited, around the clock, with a named manager and a direct line.

Structure and pricing shared at introduction

Fair questions

I don't know what this costs.

Pricing is shared at introduction, matched to how you actually live. Three tiers, clear hours, no surprise billing. If the structure does not fit, we will say so first.

Can I trust a stranger with my private life?

Our entire model depends on discretion. Nothing about you is shared, referenced, or reused. No client names appear anywhere, and that includes the ones you would recognize.

My assistant already does this.

Your assistant works your list. We work the outcome, with vendor relationships, market presence, and hours your assistant does not have. Most of our clients have assistants. We make them better.

Is this just a booking service with better branding?

Anyone can make a reservation. We are paid for judgment: what to book, what to avoid, and what to fix before you ever hear about it. Work we cannot deliver to standard, we decline.

What if I don't use it enough to justify it?

Membership scales to usage, and unused months tell us to adjust your tier, not upsell you. The value shows up the week something goes wrong and you make one text instead of eleven calls.

A limited book, by design.

Membership is capped in every market we serve. Caribbean markets hold twenty-five seats each. When a market is full, it is full. The next request you do not have time for could already be handled.
